Arts, culture and creativity are essential to every successful and thriving community! Donations are granted each year through the ARTSFUND Grants Program which is an open, non-competitive process administrated by the Alameda County Arts Commission.
- ARTSFUND supports all forms of art and creativity including music, dance, theater, visual arts, cultural events, digital arts, arts education and more!
- Your donation enables ARTSFUND to distribute over $250,000 each year to arts and cultural organizations throughout Alameda County.
- ARTSFUND supports over 100 diverse local organizations which are selected through an open and non-competitive process.
- Each year, over 500,000 children and adults in our community participate in programs provided by ARTSFUND organizations.
- Now more than ever, your support of ARTSFUND will help local arts and cultural organizations thrive, bringing creativity and joy to our community.

Donate with a Check
Community members may also contribute to the ARTSFUND by mailing a donation check payable to “ARTSFUND.” There are two mailing options. Mail check to the Alameda County Treasurer-Tax Collector’s Office, 1221 Oak St., Rm 131, Oakland, CA 94612. Or, mail the check to the Office of the Alameda County Arts Commission, 1106 Madison Street, Suite 336, Oakland, CA 94607. Link to printable donation form.
Donations are to the Alameda County Arts Commission ARTSFUND. All contributions will be used exclusively for public purposes. No goods or services are received in exchange for monetary gifts to the ARTSFUND. Alameda County Federal Tax ID #94-6000501.
